End User License Agreement

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of applications and services provided by Industrial Media Technology, Inc. (“IMTI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our applications, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our applications.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile our applications
  • Use our applications for any unlawful purpose
  • Sublicense, sell, or distribute our applications
  • Remove any proprietary notices from our applications

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our applications remain with IMTI. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS.

7. Termination

We may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our applications.

8. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
